Octagon Air Systems has been around for quite awhile. The original company that built and sold many of the units currently in production, appears to be based in Georgia. As many know, that company went bankrupt in ~2003. The remaining assets were purchased by other firms in the area. Over the following years, the legacy units remain in production and the replacement parts remain in demand as the units age and break down.
Matt Konicek, in Stoughton, has the replacement parts for these Octagon Air Systems units - fan blades, fan guards, fan motors, fan motor mounts, and venturis.
Call him at 608-556-3767. You can view pictures and part numbers at the Octagon Air Systems website
